This is no joke!! My bathroom sink has been clogged for a while. 2day, I accidentally got a hair clip (like this: http://www.flashsales.com/images/scunci/... --except bigger)
stuck in the already-clogged sink!! In the process of trying to get it out with tweezers %26amp; scissors, it got even more stuck--i can't even reach it, and neither can the scissors......it's really stuck.
How do I get it out!?!?!?! I don't really want my parents to know!!

I'll call my bro in law here in Indiana and have him drive to your house to remove it (he's a plumber) for you. He'll probably only charge you $5 to remove it if you pay for his gas to get to your house.

go under the sink and remove trap the u shaped pipe hooked to the drain be careful to put a bucket under it to catch the water remove whatever is in the drain and replace the trap making sure to get everything tight hand tight is good but you will have to keep a constant eye on it if you have a big pair of pliers a quarter turn past hand tight is perfect. If the hair clip is not in the trap you can now safely push it down the drain into the bucket. Trust me a hairclip is far fromn the strangest thing I have removed from drains
