Well if u have light colored hair u can use hot topic's coloring... and i have done pink streaks in my hair w/o bleaching and i have very very dark hair and it was only $12.00 it was called colour rays by loreal. it wrked awesome and since u r wanted clip ons or extenstions (temporary) u cud also try color pulse by loreal which cums out in about 8 washes ..srry i dont kno much about cheap clip ons or extentions but these are sum other options the only place i kno of that might have clipons is claires or icing (similar to claires but more hair supplies. hope this helps!
