i wear them everyday and they kinda pull my hair sumtimes and im worried that they bdamage your hair becasue whenever you take them out they pull on the remaining hairs still kinda tangled in them....im worried anyone know?

My daughter has them. They are so much better than glueing to the hair. She wears them alot. It would be good to give her hair time without them but she loves them. It seems to not damage her hair too much.

I think wearing them everyday can put some strain on your hair. I would probably go a week without them to give your hair some time off... condition your hair and just make sure your not doing something permanant!!

I don't really think they are damaging to your hair, my cousin has been wearing them for a few years now and her hair is fine, so just be careful with them and you should be fine.

The additional weight is stress on each hair that you clip to. You will get breakage from the tangling and from the additional weight of the extensions.

I'm a cosmetologist student, and just to let you know they are bad. Because they pull your hair, and when your hair is pulled at the wrong angle you can destory the base (papilla) and then endanger yourself from hair growth in that spot.
