How can i clip (not shave) my arm hair w/out clipping too much off?

Try using a comb to lift up the hair and snip off little bits at a time. That way it will look natural (not all the same length - which you might get with a professional pair of clippers.)

A flat comb will work best.. Comb against the direction of the hair to lift it up :-)

Edit: You can also use a dry shaver (no water or shaving cream) BUT run it on top of the hair in the same direction that the hair grows. You don't even need to press - just drag the shaver along to slice off the ends of the hairs. (There's no actual shaving that's going on here.. it's just dragging the blade to trim down the hairs.)

hopefully your arm hair isnt that long that it can be clipped.

your arm hair is normally not long enough to be clipped, just shave it if you dont like it. or leave it and deal.

wow, dude you have some hair issues.

I would get an electric razor and use a guard so you don't shave it off to stubble.

or start loving the body you're in.
