hai miri.u can keep coconut oil daily by siting under sun.masage ur hair with ur two hands.weekly once,u can aapply more iol to ur hair and masage strongly than other days,and have hair bath using ur favourite shampoos.do it for while.atleast after 6 months u can see the expected hair growth(5").take care.bye.

depends on where you go to, I charge 3.00 per piece. It's around 450- 600 dollars I usually do around 150 to 200 pieces. Some places charge alot more depending if they are certified by a company. I am not,because I learned in beauty school. You can go to www.hairextensionguide.com they have quite a bit of info that may be helpful on different methods and care. You will want to make sure they use a good quality hair and make sure that you will be willing to follow all the directions to make sure your hair will stay in it's best condition. Good Luck!!!
