My sister has this boyfriend from LA and he's a stylist. I had a little below shoulder length hair and I needed a trim. I went to go visit her in California last week. I said something about that I needed a haircut soon and she suggested(she didn't like force me to get it cut by her bf). So I agreed. I got there and I sat down and he was like "oh my! you would look so hot with a...(i forget what he said). I asked him what it was and he said it was what everyone was getting. I thought hey, its just hair if i don't like it it'll grow back. So he started cutting and hair was falling. I asked how short if would be he said it would not be super short.(I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't see). When he was almost done he asked if he could clip the back. I said sure, he buzzed up to about ear level. When he was done i had a total mushroom with very straight cut. Its really high fashion but its not me. How in the world do I fix this really bad cut, I'm scared I'll have to go for a pixie:(

If you really don't like it... its either wait for it to grow out or cut it shorter. Go to your stylist AT HOME and ask if there's something that s/he can do with it. I'm sure that'd have lots of ideas. You could also go a little early to your appointment and look at magazines or books they have in the waiting area for ideas. Hope this helped!

girl i know how u feel!! i didnt kknow it was going to be soooo short!! up to my ears! well wat little hair i had i cliped it up in different pins and styles it was acttualy kinda fun not having to fuss over it . oh but i did cry for a while. not its pretty long.(that was about 6 years ago.)
