Big hair problem..?

I want to straighten my hair for school tomorrow. And sometimes it comes out really flat then gets tangly really easy. How do I prevent that?

Also, I put it half way up by using bobby pins but it doesn't hold all the way up so I stick more bobby pins in and in the back its like a bundle of bobby pins. I can never really see the back but from what people tell me they are like yeah you have alot of bobby pins in the back of your hair.

I know a clip might work but i tried and sometimes it doesnt hold all of my parts of hair.

HELP!

Big hair problem..?

i would try getting your hair thinned out!

Big hair problem..?

use bobby pins in the front and straighten it but then barely curl it with a curling iron but also yous hairspray

Big hair problem..?

pin it up then wrap it with a bandana to keep it from getting tangled

Big hair problem..?

Iron it

Big hair problem..?

First get yourself a mirror that you can hold and look at the back of your head in the wall mirror. Secondly thin you hair, or maybe better yet, get it cut. There are hair gels out there that straighten you hair.

Big hair problem..?

I would use a mini claw clip to get the main parts and 1 or 2 bobby pins on the sides to hold the parts that won't hold.

To prevent tangling, blow dry your hair when it's wet with a low heat setting (heat causes damage) then straighten your hair afterward. I find that if I air dry my hair, my hair tangles more easily.
